This Legal Notice governs access to and use of all the websites listed above (hereinafter, "the Sites"), made available to the public by the owner.

Accessing and using the Sites implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the conditions set out in this Legal Notice. If you do not accept these conditions, you must refrain from accessing and using the Sites.

4.1 Lawful use. The user undertakes to use the Sites in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, good practice and public order. The following is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Sites for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or purposes contrary to the rights of third parties.
• Reproducing, distributing, modifying, transforming or publicly communicating any content without the express authorisation of the owner.
• Disseminating racist, xenophobic, pornographic, illegal content or content that violates the dignity of others.
• Performing actions that may damage, disable, overload or impair the Sites or prevent their normal use by other users.
• Introducing or spreading malicious software.

4.2 Minors. The services offered through the Sites are intended for persons over 18 years of age. If the user is under 18, the express consent of their parents or legal guardians is required.

All content on the Sites — including, without limitation, texts, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, design, source code and teaching methodology — is owned by the owner or used under the relevant licences, and is protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property law.

Any reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of such content without the prior, express and written authorisation of the owner is strictly prohibited. The user may view the content solely for personal, non-commercial use.

6.1 Service availability. The owner does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the Sites, nor that the content is error-free or fit for any specific purpose.

6.2 Third-party content and external links. The Sites may contain links to third-party websites. The owner assumes no responsibility for the content, information or services available on such sites, which have their own policies and conditions.

6.3 Force majeure. The owner shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of the Sites resulting from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, in accordance with Article 1,105 of the Spanish Civil Code.

The processing of personal data collected through the Sites is governed by the Privacy Policy available on each of them. Such processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

The use of cookies on the Sites is governed by the Cookie Policy, in accordance with Article 22 of the LSSI-CE and applicable privacy regulations.

This Legal Notice is governed in all respects by Spanish law and applicable European Union regulations.

To resolve any dispute arising from access to or use of the Sites, the owner and the user agree to submit to the Courts of Barcelona, unless consumer protection law establishes another mandatory jurisdiction.

The owner reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the content of this Legal Notice, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Such changes will be published on the Sites with their update date. The user should read the Legal Notice on each visit, as it may have been amended.
